State witness and ballistics expert, John Murdock's own notes in which he clearly reports....." bullet has been taken out (to) get gunpowder..." .  This same bullet was re-connected to its casing (or substituted) and held up in court by Prosecutor Fred Hugi as 'evidence'.  Evidence that he, along with the witness and Defense Attorney, were fully aware had been compromised and was therefore inadmissible as evidence, (App, 24, p.933).  Even as a 'whole' cartridge Murdock failed to make a connection between it and, ammunition at the crime scene.
